It's one of my favorite things to do around here. And it's a rare experience. Only when conditions allow.

Although I can't swim and am afraid of the water, I would very much enjoy a canoe ride in early morning through the trees. I often try to imagine what this land looked like when the first people saw it. Canoeing like that would be kind of like going back in time.
